Infinix NOTE 12 G96, reviewed – Irish Tech News

We look at then new Infinix NOTE 12 G96, see more about the product on their website here.
Our team enjoyed using and reviewing the previous iteration of this phone last October. See here for details of that review, and one of the team is still using it as their day to day phone, which is always a good indicator of it’s appeal, relevance, and longevity. Therefore when the NOTE12 came in, they were already interested, even excited to get it out of the box and road test it.
The battery life is decent, and the cameras appear to have been tweaked, images certainly seem no worse than the previous version, and may even be better. This is often something that you have more of a feel for after a prolonged period of usage. It is good that a case which gives some degree of protection comes with the device, and the previous version has held up well after nine months of daily usage, so we would be optimistic that this version offers similar ruggedness and durability.
The screen offers good visibility, though the phone won’t connect to 5G if that is a need for you, then this would be an issue. However for many users, with the price point that the phone is aimed at, the use case is more about good bang for your buck. Overall our testers felt that this version of the NOTE still delivers well and performs effectively. The current question for debate in the office is who gets to keep this version of the phone! A nice piece of kit for the price that it retails for.
Key features include:
The device has added low blue light eye comfort certification, accredited by TÜV Rheinland, allowing users to enjoy hours of use with less eye fatigue.
