Trade Secrets
Azenta Life Sciences filed a trade secrets lawsuit against former employee Stephanie Andrews and LVL Technologies on Friday in California Southern District Court. The suit, brought by Littler Mendelson, accuses Andrew of misappropriating trade secrets and confidential information in her new role with competitor LVL Technologies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-01952, Azenta Inc. v. Andrews et al.
