BK Technologies Awarded Approximately $2.0 Million Standing Offer Agreement by Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency; Pushes 2022 Total Order Bookings to a Record $70 Million Year-to-Date – Yahoo Finance

Receives first task order for BKR 5000 in the amount of $1.3 million
WEST MELBOURNE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 21, 2022 / BK Technologies Corporation (NYSE American:BKTI) today announced an approximately $2.0 million Standing Offer Agreement from the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) for the supply of its portable communications technology and accessories. With this agreement, BK Technologies' total order bookings for 2022 reached a record $70 million year to date. For full year 2021, the Company reported total order bookings of $55.5 million.
The terms of the agreement are for the period beginning November 30, 2022 through November 30, 2024 with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to three one-year terms. Additionally, the Company announced it has received its first task order in the amount of $1.3 million for its BKR 5000, to be used by SPSA's Wildfire Management agency.
