Computers, Phones Knocked Offline At Bridgewater-Raritan Schools – Patch

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A service disruption at Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District has caused email and district phones to be unavailable.
A message was sent out to parents late Tuesday night and the disruption continues through Wednesday. See the message below:
Parent Heather Robinson said she has been unable to have any contact with the schools, no contact information was provided if there is an emergency, and when she went to the Wade Administration Building it was closed.
“No internet, no phones, no copy machines, doors propped open at the high school because kids can’t open them with their IDs. I have a special needs daughter who depends on her communication device. It doesn’t work without the internet,” said another parent Alison Veal Gust.

Patch attempted to, but was unable to contact the district for more information. Bridgewater Police Lt. Kevin Lamey said the police are not involved in any investigation into the disruption.
Check back with Patch as more information is released.
