By now, it’s widely accepted that the pandemic likely accelerated years’ worth of technological transformation in a matter of months. And while there have been some questions about how much of it would stick in a “new normal,” after more than two years, it’s become clear that a lot of law firms’ tech transformation is here to stay.
LawPay and MyCase on Wednesday released their second 2022 Legal Industry Report, which looked at not only the changes of the past year, but also at how legal professionals’ technology choices have evolved post-pandemic.
