Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Appoints New Finance Director – MarketWatch

Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings PLC said Monday that Paul Smalley has been appointed as its new finance director, effective Oct. 17.
The pharmaceutical company, which is focused on developing cannabinoid-based prescription medicines, said that Mr. Smalley takes over from Karen Lowe who is standing down from the board and leaves the company on Oct. 31.
