Rochester Man Accused of Damaging Penn Yan Police Computer – Finger Lakes Daily News

After being taken into custody Monday on an unrelated matter by Rochester City Police, a 38-year-old Rochester man was found to have an active warrant out of Penn Yan Village Court for failing to appear.
Matthew Bray was turned over to Penn Yan Police and while in their custody, he allegedly kicked and damaged a computer.
Bray was taken to Yates County Jail to appear in CAP court on Tuesday.
