Travel Beneath the Earth in 'Explorer: The Deepest Cave' – Dorkaholics

Bill Stone is a renowned caver who has made it his life’s mission to go deeper beneath the earth than any other human. And in National Geographic’s Explorer: The Deepest Cave, Stone will be traveling deep into the unexplored depths of Cheve Cave in Mexico to set a new world record by finding a passage beyond a depth of 7,208 feet and proving his theory that Cheve is the deepest cave in the world.
This three-month underground journey has been compared to climbing Everest in reverse with 12 miles of tight and narrow passages that twist and turn. Stone and his team will be pushed to the brink of survival and sanity in their aims to conquer Cheve.
Explorer: The Deepest Cave premieres May 30 on National Geographic and will be available to stream on Disney+ in June.
