ANDOVER, Mass. – Super regional enterprise security technology provider Minuteman Security Technologies have announced their acquisition of Inlution inc. this week.
The systems integrator was picked up by Minuteman Security technologies in what the company calls its continuing domination of the entire state of Maine and the Northeast as the regions largest independent full-service provider of integrated security, communication, and life safety systems. “We are excited to have the Inlution team to be a part of our family,” Minuteman’s CEO Joseph Lynch said. “This acquisition will insure we can continue to offer our clients in Maine with the highest level of service they deserve.”
Inlution Inc. is a comprehensive security system provider based out of Presque Isle in northeastern Maine. They design, install, and service systems for security, communications, and life safety. “12 years ago we started Inlution. I can say that without a shadow of doubt it has been an incredible journey full of great people and full of growth! I am proud of the hard work this team and the ownership has made this company into.” Inlution regional manager Michael Clark said in a post on LinkedIn about the acquisition. “We are excited to work with this group and look forward to more growth opportunities!”
“Mike Clark, Inlution’s Branch Manager, is someone that I have known for close to 20 years, he is a true industry professional with an exceptional technical background in this field. I am really excited he is joining our team” Minuteman’s Chief Revenue Officer Peter Green said in the company’s press release.
Chris Green, President of Inlution, Inc. said “It has been a pleasure working with the transition team at Minuteman. It was extremely difficult for me to let go of Inlution. I do however believe that the transition is for the best for all Inlution’s employees and clients.”
