The Circle Pines, Minnesota-based company said it had net income of 7 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs, were 8 cents per share.
The rust and corrosion prevention company posted revenue of $20.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company said profit was nearly unchanged at $6.3 million. Annual earnings per share rose to 66 cents from 64 cents. Revenue was reported as $74.2 million.
