Travelers sued Pleasant Trucking Inc. Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The lawsuit, brought by deLuca Levine, claims the defendant was negligent in failing to alert customers it had been compromised, resulting in a payment being sent to the account of bad actors who accessed the defendant’s computer systems. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-01581, Travelers Casualty And Surety Company Of America v. Pleasant Trucking, Inc.
